Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of RedactedSwap ("we", "us"). By creating an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What RedactedSwap is
RedactedSwap is an interface for swapping one cryptocurrency for another. We pass your order to a third-party exchange, which provides the deposit address, executes the swap and sends the coins to the address you give. We never hold your funds. We do not ask for an account or identity documents.
Your responsibilities
- Enter a recipient address you control, on the network shown, with a memo or tag where one is required.
- Send exactly the amount shown, on the network shown, to the deposit address for your order only.
- Send before the deposit deadline. Never send to a deposit address after its order has expired.
- Keep your order ID or link. There is no account, so it is the only way to find your order again.
- Use the service only where it is legal for you, and not for any unlawful purpose.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Coins sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network or without a required memo may be lost, and we cannot recover them.
Rates and amounts
Swaps use a floating rate. The amount you receive is an estimate until your deposit arrives and the swap executes, and it can differ from the quote. Each pair has a minimum amount, shown before you create the order.
Delays, holds and refunds
Swaps depend on network confirmations and on the exchange. They can be delayed, and the exchange may pause an order for review, refuse it, or return the deposit. Deposits below the minimum, sent after the deadline or otherwise not matching the order may not be processed automatically. If anything goes wrong, contact support with your order ID and we will work with the exchange to resolve it case by case. We cannot guarantee the outcome of a review or a refund.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. It may be unavailable, slow or change without notice, including when the exchange changes or stops its service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by the exchange, blockchain networks, wallets, or mistakes in the details you enter.
Privacy
What we keep, and what we don't, is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in place when they were created.
